Why It's Important To Cleanse

My clients often say to me "I just need a FRESH start, but I'm not sure HOW to begin!"

To which I now have the perfect answer. Cleanse.

Two weeks. Eat clean. Simple elimination diet. Healthy detoxifying foods. Plant protein shake. Supplements if needed. Lots of water. Light exercise.

Why? Over time, because of our overly processed food, environment, skin care and more, our bodies build up toxins which need to be released with the help of a restricted whole food diet and high-quality supplements. We're exposed to harmful substances all the time; they're in our diet (pesticides, microbes, mercury) and the very air we breathe (cleaning products, car exhaust, bug control sprays).

Here's some cool news: Your body is consistently detoxifying.

Every time you use the bathroom, when you sweat, and even as you exhale, these forms of excretion are detoxifying – removing waste.

All ongoing processes at the microscopic levels of our cells also have byproducts. Byproducts that need to be moved out and eliminated. It's part of a healthy, functioning body.

When those systems get stalled, overwhelmed, or backed up, our systems can start to have difficulty keeping up with elimination. And that's exactly what most people are experiencing in one way or another. Startling fact - most of my clients poop every 3-4 days. NOT. GOOD.

What can we do about it? A clean eating cleanse program.

This is not a quick fix. This is a guide on how to choose better options for your body from here on out. 14 days to reset cravings, shed unwanted weight, establish healthier habits, help your detox pathways, gain energy, increase focus, rebalance your gut bacteria and more. At the end, your brain fog is lifted and you have fewer cravings for the junk that is the easiest to reach for when we are trying to eat healthy - sugar and simple carbs. I've seen in time and time again.
