I have been wanting to start fermenting vegetable and tea for awhile because the incredible gut benefits. I had tried brewing kombucha in the past but something went wrong. Alas, I am not one to give up so after our monthly Holistic Moms Network meeting where we were taught how to truly ferment, I tried again. After 3+ weeks...look what I have! Delicious pineapple, turmeric, ginger sauerkraut and a fresh batch of kombucha!
