I find that in the summer I tend to eat smaller snacks throughout the day when I am hungry instead of more scheduled, larger meals. I prefer this more and enjoy eating when I like while I have the summer off of work. Also, it is a lot easier to eat healthy in the summer for me.

Hello, Many things beat whey, like real food. Since most of the push involving protein powder was to cover up steroid use by the York Barbell Club, and the push for whey was a use for waste from cheese processing, it's not surprising.collagen is useful in the elderly not just for the protein availability, but for the assistance for the skin, tendons, and cartilage.
