So I'm struggling with low back pain after 2 pregnancies so close together and carrying around babies all day and night. I'm slowly getting back to exercise and incorporating some massage. I have reduced disc space on the left side and I get muscle spasms which makes bending over and picking up/putting down kids super painful. I'm incorporating some massage but wondering if there are any supplements I could take to promote back health?

Fantastic photo! So, yes, I feel your pain! (literally, a few years ago) There are definitely some options out there so have no fear. First, keep with a whole foods, anti-inflammatory diet. There are a few supplements I suggest. Topically, I would use PanAway by Young Living which helped me through a lot of sciatica during pregnancy. I would also suggest Joint Health Complex by Shaklee for daily help. It is made with boswellia extract + glucosamine. They also have a Pain Relief Complex, but is not recommended during nursing. Shaklee is very conservation with herbs + babies, which is another reason I trust them! If not enough medical research has been done, they do not recommend. Once you stop nursing, I would switch if the pain is still intense. Hope this helps!
