So I'm struggling with low back pain after 2 pregnancies so close together and carrying around babies all day and night. I'm slowly getting back to exercise and incorporating some massage. I have reduced disc space on the left side and I get muscle spasms which makes bending over and picking up/putting down kids super painful. I'm incorporating some massage but wondering if there are any supplements I could take to promote back health? Ps currently typing with child strapped to chest.
